Even-Spray & Chemicals Ltd. is a privately owned, Canadian-based supplier of Agricultural, Horticultural, Turf, and Landscape products. Our products are commonly used by Agricultural Producers, Commercial Greenhouse Growers, Professional Turfgrass Managers and Landscapers, as well as Municipalities and Homeowners in food and flower production and to enhance golf courses and green spaces.
Even-Spray is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We operate out of a 12,000 sq. ft. facility that includes a retail and customer service areas, offices, and warehouse space. Our dealer network is over 200 strong throughout Canada. We’re known for building supportive, long-lasting relationships with clients and providing premium products with an emphasis on value, quality, sustainability and efficiency. Chris started working at Even-Spray in 2000 after graduating with honors from the 1st graduating class of the Greenspace Management program (Red River College). He learned the ropes in shipping and began his career in sales later that year, transitioning to ownership with fellow employees Charlene Snowdon & Todd Thompson in 2007.
Chris worked in our Agricultural market working with our sales team to build strong relationships with our many business partners throughout Canada and the U.S., while keeping in touch with his roots in our turf and horticultural market.
Chris’ passions include his family and anything that burns fossil fuels that has wheels or tracks. When away from the office, he can be found summer or winter out on Lake Winnipeg in pursuit of big walleyes!

Jocelyn recently joined the Even-Spray team in late 2023 as the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. She is a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba and holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from Athabasca University. Jocelyn is responsible for providing support to the Accounting and Purchasing Departments and overall employee and organizational leadership. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband Sean, sons Tyler and Brady and their family bernedoodle Ivy.

As the Sales Manager, Rob is responsible for a team of inside and outside sales representatives who serve the turfgrass, ornamental horticulture, arboriculture and specialty crop sectors. This includes golf courses, memorial gardens and lawn care operators, greenhouses and nurseries, tree care companies, cannabis operations and fruit and vegetable growers. He can assist any of the sectors he is responsible for including in the areas of fertility, pest management, water quality, irrigation and soil management.
Rob possesses a Master of Environment degree, degrees in Business and Environmental Science, as well as Diploma’s in Turfgrass Management and Horticulture. He worked in the field for 15 years and was an instructor in the Greenspace Management program at Red River College for 20 years.
Outside of work Rob loves to occupy his time with anything outdoors including camping, fishing, hunting, the lake, gardening, cycling, hiking, cross country skiing and “acting” as a professional chef and chauffeur for his two very active kids Avery and Dane.

Andrew started with Even Spray in early 2010 as warehouse help; assisting with picking orders, organizing stock as well shipping/receiving. During his time at Even Spray Andrew has gained an understanding of a wide variety of products ranging from home lawn irrigation to liquid handling components on large sprayers. After moving into sales, he has worked primarily with sprayer units, from handheld canisters to parts used on field sprayers and has dealt with drip-tape irrigation setups and building and setting up small estate sprayers for acreage owners.
When the chance presents itself Andrew enjoys fishing whether I’m floating on the water in summer or sitting on the chilly ice in the winter. Winter also provide an opportunity for Andrew’s passion of snowmobiling.

Darren joined the Even Spray team in January of 2022. Being part of the Professional Turf & Landscape Sales team, Darren is primarily responsible for managing golf course and key landscape accounts in select areas of Manitoba including Winnipeg and surrounding areas, the Interlake and Hwy 59 north, east up to Highway #12, and south to the Canadian/US border.
Receiving his Certificate in Turfgrass Management from Rutger’s State University in New Jersey, Darren has worked in the golf course industry for over 30 years. His agronomic knowledge will be a valuable asset to his customers in all areas of fertility, pest management, general turf knowledge and irrigation.
Away from work Darren loves to spend as much time as he can with his family, cooking and playing his guitars when time allows.

With his home base in Fort Frances, Ontario, Andrew is positioned centrally in our Eastern Territory. He covers Manitoba from Highway 12 East and all of Northwestern Ontario providing a sense of “home town” service to the many golf course, greenhouse, landscaping, lawn care and other businesses present in this large geographic region.
Andrew possesses an honours degree in Environmental Studies and a Diploma in Greenspace Management majoring in Turfgrass. Over the past 15 years he has worked at public, semi-private and private golf courses and held the position of laborer, assistant and superintendent in and among this work he also spent some time working in landscaping. His experience at every level of maintenance and business provides a wealth of “boots on the ground” experience to our customers as he is able to relate with many experiences and provide insightful suggestion no matter the scope.
When the work day is over Andrew’s time is spent with his wife, Jessica; three boys; Landen, Weston, Matthew; and their golden retriever, Rainy. Andrew is grateful to live where city folk take vacations and spends as much time as possible on the lake, exploring old forestry roads and relaxing at their family cabin. When he has a rare moment of downtime with no familial responsibility you can find Andrew sleeping upright on the couch with sports or music playing on the tv.

Taylor manages all of Even Spray’s greenhouse and nursery sales for the Manitoba region. This includes colonies, cannabis operations, fruit and vegetable growers as well as tree care companies. She can assist with fertility, pest management, disease identification, water quality, irrigation and many other areas of crop production.
Taylor possesses a diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba and is currently working towards her Horticulture Diploma from the University of Guelph. Originally starting as a part-time receptionist with Even-Spray in 2013, Taylor has spent the past 10 years working in various departments of the business while working towards her goal of becoming a sales representative.
Outside of work Taylor can be found tending to her 100’s of house plants, watching the Toronto Maple Leaf’s, league bowling or spending time with close family and friends at the cottage.

Tyler has been with Even-Spray since 2018 and specializes in customer service and inside sales. He can often be found assisting customers in the store or on the phone and assisting Darren, Andrew and Kyle with turf sales. Some areas of expertise include; lawn and turf Fertilizer, grass seed, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, agricultural parts and golf course accessories.
In his free time, Tyler is currently pursuing his Business Administration diploma from Red River College, enjoys traveling abroad and loves to watch and play all sports especially golf, hockey and baseball.

Usually stationed in the warehouse area, Jordan will always have a hand in making sure your order is sent or received in pristine condition. Working alongside our shipper, Jordan is responsible for the maintenance of our inbound inventory, the picking of any and all orders, and helping out with shipping when necessary.
Jordan has 4 plus years of Shipping/Receiving experience, 3 years of customer service experience, and a work ethic deriving from his early days as a multi-sport athlete.
Outside of work, Jordan can normally be found watching one of his many favorite sports teams, working on an aquarium project, or playing in a rec-league baseball or hockey game.

Elise is an efficient and reliable accountant and administrator at Even-Spray. In her role, she manages the front reception desk and oversees accounts receivable, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Though new to this position, Elise has quickly adapted, gaining hands-on experience to enhance her skills and contribute to the team’s success. With a strong commitment to learning on the job, she approaches each task with a keen eye for detail and dedication.
Outside of work, you can find Elise in the kitchen, baking up a storm. From muffins to molten lava cakes, she enjoys experimenting with a variety of recipes and perfecting her baking skills.
Colin is the Shipper/Receiver at Even Spray. He has spent 12 years managing freight flow and providing exceptional customer service. That experience taught him the importance of efficiency, organization, and putting customers first.
Colin is proud to be the person behind the scenes making sure customer orders are handled with care and precision. Whether it’s pallets of fertilizer or other essential products, he oversees every step—from organizing and loading to ensuring accurate and timely deliveries across Canada. He knows how important it is for customers to receive their products on time and in excellent condition. As a result, he is committed to making that happen with every shipment.
In his free time, I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. He is always up for a challenge, whether it’s working on something hands-on or finding creative solutions to problems. This mindset drives his commitment to getting things done right.
